At Scarmigò, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and want every customer to love their purchase. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item you received is defective or damaged.
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must have a manufacturing defect or damage present upon arrival.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all original tags attached.

You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Please note:

Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
2. Reporting a Defective Item
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return or refund request:

3. Return Process (If Approved)
If your return request is approved:

We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return approval.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs

If your item is confirmed defective, Scarmigò will cover the return shipping costs.

If the returned item is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and the item will be returned to you.
5. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you would like to exchange your defective item for the same product, please email us at of.scarmigo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

Scarmigò reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
